Adele Is Pregnant and 'Over the Moon' - Adele, the world's biggest-selling pop star at the moment, didn't want the gossips saying "rumor has it," so she announced on her website today that she is pregnant. The site crashed due to a large amount of traffic after the news was revealed.
"I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together," the note on her website states. "I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx."

"Simon" is Adele's boyfriend Simon Konecki, the head of the charity Drop4Drop which brings clean water to developing countries. The two have been dating since last year. She told Vogue of Simon earlier this year.
"He's wonderful. And he's proud of me, but he don't care about what I do or what other people think. He looks after me. I don't think I would have gotten through the recovery for my [vocal cord] surgery if it hadn't been for him," Adele told the magazine.
In February, Adele told "People" magazine, "I really want to be a mum," adding that her goal is to have three sons by the age of 30.
Perhaps the bun in the oven will help inspire some new, happier Adele lyrics. In February, the first picture was revealed of the man responsible for her woeful "Rolling in the Deep" hit. ( Good Morning America )
